The “Round Mountain” Agates of Arizona Opening this Sunday, May 20, 2018

Posted on Updated on

Another selection of fine banded agates from Arizona that were collected and finished by Grant Curtis will be for sale. I built my Arizona collection when I was a regular visitor to Grant’s house in Arkansas over ten years ago.. Grant began collecting agates with his dad, a mining engineer in Arizona. when he was 17. At seventy he is still actively collecting, cutting and selling his agates through his informative website, the agatecollectorsdream. Grant gave the Round Mountain agates the name “Arizona Antique Pink”. The show will open at noon, EST.

This show along with the previous “Night Sky” offering and the coming show of agates collected by Grant of fine Chimney bed agates will delight those collectors who would like to have fine specimens from these 3 major locations.

Here’s wishing you a great summer, happily I’ll be spending mine in Oregon, expect some fine new specimens from that agate wonderland.

Keep rockin’,
